1. Security Personnel

  • Perform crime prevention and patrol duties and CCTV surveillance monitoring
  • Preserve order and protect company property, ensure safety of visitors from any sort of damages
  • Patrol premises and Car Park to prevent and detect sign of intrusion and ensure security in the mall
  • Respond to emergencies and incidents
  • Perform crowd control duties during special functions
  • Possess at least secondary education level
  • Highly disciplined, full of integrity and able to withstand long working hours
  • Able to work on shift, weekend and public holidays
  • Good communication skills and able to interact with customer
  • 2. HR Executive

  • Responsible in organizing, communicate & coordinate all in-house & external training programs
  • Responsible in coordinating Induction and OJT program for new hires
  • Responsible for administration of training courses payment, processing, invoice & expenses
  • Responsible for training hours record/database, training calendar, training evaluation and reports
  • Responsible for conducting employee's related surveys, review and summary result and feedback
  • Ensures job requirements and job descriptions for all positions and organization charts are update
  • Assist the HR Manager with talent development programs to support and align employee's growth
  • Assist the HR Manager with performance management system by planning and monitoring the appraisal process
  • At least Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • At least 3 years experiences in related field
  • 3. Leasing Executive

  • Responsible for all leasing related administrative works to ensure all documentation are in good order
  • To manage the lease administration through system, maintaining and updating all leasing records including Insurances, Tenants’ Staff Contact List, etc.
  • To liaise closely with inter-departments for matters pertaining to fit-out, operations, and insurance including issuance of memos and requisition forms
  • Conduct checks on tenants’ outlets and liaise with tenants on follow-up matters such as merchandize mix, operating hours, cleanliness, faulty furniture/fittings, staff services, leakages, etc.
  • Assist in conducting market search, in keeping up with market trends and compile information from potential retailers
  • Responsible to show prospective tenants available shopping malls' space to lease and to response to all leasing enquiries
  • Coordination of fit-out works with Fit-Out Manager and Tenants i.e. hoarding and visual installation, fit-out handovers and inspections
  • Cultivate and maintain good relations with tenants
  • Must be willing to relocate and base in Bintulu by end of 2018
  • At least Bachelor's Degree in Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field or in similar capacity in Shopping Centre is required for this position
  • Junior Executive specialised in Property/Real Estate or equivalent are encouraged to apply
